Georgina's Week 6 Questionnaire

How was this week?

This week is going great for me. Went up Bray Head on Wednesday morning with the hubby and crawled back down it on all fours lol!

How are you feeling, are you still enjoying it?

I'm feeling much healthier and loads of energy. Happier in myself .

What's your favourite exercise at the moment?

I absolutely loved Zumba , it was a great work out and so much fun.

Are you sore and if yes, where?

My calfs were sore this week after doing a step and tone class.

Are you still missing certain foods?

I'm missing alot of foods and rubbish now.

Are you finding it hard to stick with it?

It's getting so hard to stay away from the baddies.. But only couple more weeks then I can have a treat and then get stuck back in.

What are the main changes you've seen in yourself?

I have dropped 2 dress sizes and am thrilled with that. I've alot more energy and in much better form.

Do you still feel motivated?

This week I do feel motivated

Do you feel confident of meeting your goal?

Well not so sure about reaching the weight loss goal but to having lost 2 dress sizes is the best bonus for me.
