How was this week?
Fantastic, really going to miss the challenge when it ends. The results I've seen today are amazing.

More then ever!
What's your favourite exercise at the moment?
Running, would you believe it. I hated and dreaded it when this challenge started.
Are you sore and if yes, where?
Have not felt pain since the second week.
Are you still missing certain foods?
Ice-cream. Had to deal with a mauds rep in Mrs. McGuire's yesterday and it was pure torture.
Are you finding it hard to stick with it?
Sometimes I can feel myself leaning towards the wrong option.
What are the main changes you've seen in yourself?
My trousers would fall off without a belt.
Do you still feel motivated?
With out doubt.
Do you feel confident of meeting your goal?
Only 2 pounds away with 2 weeks to go. No reason for failure.
Have you any helpful tips for our listeners?
It only take 5-10mins to cook a lean piece of meat and boil some frozen veg but it takes over 20 mins to cook a frozen pizza. Healther food take less time to cook.
