David's Week 5 Questionnaire

How was this week?
Grueling but worth it. I'm so happy now with myself.

How are you feeling, are you still enjoying it?

More than ever, sometimes when I'm leaving the gym I get a second wind and want to go back.


What's your favourite exercise at the moment?

Weight benches, love it.....


Are you sore and if yes, where?

No more pain, thank God!


Are you still missing certain foods?

I'm still getting cold turkey from not having breakfast rolls.


Are you finding it hard to stick with it?

Yes, sometime I can find myself going for the sweet jars in work.


What are the main changes you've seen in yourself?

5 Weeks ago I could not make it up the Vevey hill or the dog track. Now I'm doing laps of the seafront. Shocking....!!!


Do you still feel motivated?

More than ever!


Do you feel confident of meeting your goal?

Nearly there only 2 pounds out.


Have you any helpful tips for our listeners?

Anyone serious about dieting needs to do a food diary. Knowing you have to write down junk food before you eat it can prevent from eating it as the guilt kicks in.
