David's Week 3 Questionnaire

Now you're in week 3, has it gotten any easier?

You would think…!!! But no Graham my trainer has now stepped up the intensity. The diet is getting easier to understand and obey.

How did you get on this week?

Really well yet again I surprised myself by attending a booth camp on Wednesday at 6.30am.

Are you enjoying it? How do you feel?

I have to say a grueling as it is it can be quiet fun.

Are you sore and if so where?

My shoulders and upper arms are a little bit stiff this morning.

What food do you miss most if any?

Chocolate Bon Bons my Fav….!!!! And to make things even harder there free for me…

Have you broken any/many rules?!

No…Working hard.

What has been the highlight of the week for you?

I am now down a notch on my belt.

Have you been motivated enough?

Graham my trainer mixes my work outs every session so nothing is the same. So I look forward to whatever punishment he has for me.

Any other information you think might be helpful to share with the listeners?

Be careful of what cereals you have for breakfast. Some cereals you think are good for you are loaded with carbs…eg. Weetabix.
