How Did you get on this week?
I got on well, thank you, its really mind over matter when it comes to it but as the days go by I'm doing okay, bit moody but thats not unusual lol!

Are you enjoying it? How do you feel?
Yes, I am enjoying it, more so in the latter part of the week, my personal trainer Katherine is really nice and supportive, I have lots of support from family friends and workmates, so their all encouraging me and keeping me going.

Are you sore and if so where?
My legs are a little sore and arms a little from the weights and all the movement to be honest but its good pain and its getting easier!!

What food do you miss most if any?
I can't say I'm really missing any particular food at the moment to be honest, would love some food that I cant have but that's only because I cant have it, if that makes sense.

Have you broken any/many rules?!
No I haven't broken any rules, I have really tried to be very disciplined.

What has been the highlight of the week for you?
The highlight of my week was being able to go to the gym every night and doing some form of excercise, the gym is completely new to me and I think I'm surprising myself by being able for it every day, it feels like a little achievement in itself.

Have you been motivated enough?
Yes I really have been, i have great support and encouragement and my trainer is really helpful, she motivates me really well and helps me along

Any other information you think might be helpful to share with the listeners?
I would just like to say that early nights have really been helping me alot, you do get tired and your body is tired so its good to listen to it and have plenty of rest, I would also say take one day at a time and not to think of it as 8 weeks, that's the way im looking at it and it's working for me. I'm trying to think of the experience as more of a lifestyle change then a diet as the word “Diet” is an off putting word.
