GET FIT LEADER UPDATES

How did you get on this week? 
My legs are a bit stiff but after my assessment I’m really looking forward to the challenge.

Are you enjoying it? How do you feel? 
Really enjoying it. I feel good but I’m starving….!!!

Are you sore and if so where? 
My legs are a bit tight but I know it’s going to get worse.

What food do you miss most if any? 
Chocolate Bon Bons their talking to me, eat me eat me eat me and Crisps. Big time….

Have you broken any/many rules? 
No. Been a good boy.

What has been the highlight of the week for you? 
Getting back to the gym. Needed the motivation.

Have you been motivated enough? 
More than I thought. Graham my trainer is top class he has made the next 8 weeks so exciting rather than gruelling.

Any other information you think might be helpful to share with the listeners? 
My profile states that my weight is 13 Stone but my scales at home seems to love me to much. Graham and the Raven Gym’s scales state that I’m 13.7.
