How Did you get on this week?    
Got on really well. I have done 2 different ranges of classes each day and worked every muscle I have. Ouch!!!! 

Are you enjoying it? How do you feel?
Im really loving the classes and feel great after doing them.

Are you sore and if so where?
Sore all over from doing a different couple of classes every day especially the spin class. Omg hate it with a passion lol.

What food do you miss most if any?
Missing nothing at the moment but enjoying eating healthier.

Have you broken any/many rules?!
No not yet , I've been very strict with myself but its only the first week.

What has been the highlight of the week for you?  
I particularly enjoyed the personal trainer class. Its nice to be shown exactly wot to do and how to work the individual machines.

Have you been motivated enough? 
I got a load of motivation and support this week.

Any other information you think might be helpful to share with the listeners? 
If your starting a fitness programme get stuck in and keep goin with it no matter how hard it is.You most definitely feel better in yourself.
