Well, I'm just home from Spin and Abs which was our second group class in The Raven Gym and although it was very hard I thought it was also quite enjoyable.
Graham was today's instructor and worked us to a sweat, constantly putting the resistance up on the bikes to make it harder and after half an hour spin we went and did an excruciating half hour of abs (apart from this challenge, those muscles haven't been worked in a while).

We're a week and a half in now and although I don't feel like I've lost much weight, I feel like I've definitely toned up a bit and feel good about myself. I particularly proud of Rob and how he has been doing. Losing 13lbs in one week is fantastic, but more than that he has stuck to his diet and exercise with unbelievable dedication- he's an inspiration to all of us. The team leaders are all doing great as well and I can't wait to hear on Thursday night how many pounds/inches they have lost.
