We heard details on this from Money Watchdog, John Diskin and also heard reaction from Morning Show reporter Laura Wood, Consumer Association Chief Executive, Dermott Jewell and Derry Dylan, agriculture and rural affairs manager, Macre na Feirme.

Today’s Morning Show also included a discussion about plan to ban cars through rural towns in Kildare and Wicklow with the National Transport Authority Chief Executive, Gerry Murphy and local Councillor George Jones and we spoke to author Christopher Sommerville about his new book Walking in Ireland, and were joined by Eddie McGlynn, Chairman, Tinahely walking and tourism to pay particular attention to walks in Wicklow.
