The Morning Show with Declan Meehan, Friday 7th January

Friday 7th January
The Morning Show with Declan Meehan

The increase in VHI premiums was just one of the topics on today’s Morning Show with Declan Meehan. We heard reaction to how this affects the elderly from Age Action spokesperson, Eamonn Timmins and local Fianna Fail Councillor Pat Fitzgerald. We also got comment on the price hike from Consumer Association of Ireland, Chief Exectutive, Dermot Jewell and Labour Health spokesperson Jan O’ Sullivan.

On today’s show we also got reaction to rumours that Roy Keane is no longer managing Ipswich from Cork based sports correspondent, Billy Barry, we heard advice for jobhunters on preparing the perfect CV from CV coach Kevin Kinahan and we featured a heated discussion about traffic lights that are causing problems for motorists in Wicklow Town.
