Wanderers edge closer to the playoffs

Wanderers gained a valuable point to edge further away from automatic relegation at the Carlisle this afternoon

In a less than vintage performance by the home side they found themselves a goal down after only 6 minutes when Drogheda defender Yail Haro scored from a free kick.

Wanderers Drew Level on 39 minutes Shane O'Neill scored from the penalty spot to level matters.

What that no means is with 2 games left Wanderers are now still 6 points clear of Drogheda and the seagulls have a Superior Goal Difference.
