The tragic and shocking events that took place in Limerick and Cork yesterday were just one of the issues we covered on the Morning Show with Declan Meehan. We heard details on this from Cork based reporter PJ Coogan and Limerick correspondent Eric Clarke. We also heard comment on what can lead to this type of event and the potential impact on a community from Consultant Psychiatrist Professor Patricia Casey and Psychotherapist, Dr Aine Tubridy.

On today’s show we heard the latest update about on-going Government bailout talks with Europe, we were told about recent local incidents from Sergeant John Fitzpatrick and we discussed the need for a bus shelter on Killarney Road Bray and Charlesland, Greystones with Donnybrook Dublin Bus, Operations Manager, Chris Rafferty and local campaigners .

The Morning Show also featured a discussion on the good things about Ireland and County Wicklow. Blogger Barbara Scully joined us in studio with Co-founders of, Niall Hassett and Nick Crawford to give us their ideas on why we are a great County and Country.
