The Morning Show with Declan Meehan, Thursday 23rd September

Thursday 23rd September
The Morning Show with Declan Meehan

An appeal to energy companies to deal compassionately with people struggling to pay energy bills was one of the topics on today’s Morning Show with Declan Meehan. We heard further details on the plea and how people are being effected from VdeP Head of Social Justice, John Mark McCafferty. We also heard comment from Labour Deputy Liz Mc Manus and Seamus Sherlock told us of his protest last month when he chained himself to ESB head office after he struggled paying his bill and his electricity was cut.

On today’s show we also discussed the developments and future of forensic science in crime solving with Science Spin, Joint Editor Sean Duke, Local GP Dr Ernan Gallagher spoke to us about Viagra soon being available to buy at Tesco and East Coast DJ and reporter Rob G took a tour of Bray Boxing Club to fill us in on the basic facilities missing for three time world champion Katie Taylor.
