The future of business in Wicklow just one of the topics covered on today’s Morning Show with Declan Meehan. We heard comment on the large number of business closures around the county from local councillors Pat Fitzgerald, David Grant and Irene Winters and Baltinglass Forum, Secretary, May Quaid. We also spoke to Successful Wicklow business owners, Tina Kavanagh, Bray Computer Centre and Canice Hanley, Wicklow Tyre Services about managing during the recession.

On this morning’s show we also heard a review of the latest world cup matches and Wimbledon 2010, we heard if Ireland really are on their way out of recession with Financial Advisor, Liam Croke and author Abigail Reilly joined us in studio to talk about her book about the Celine Cawley murder trial “Death on the Hill”.
