The Morning Show, Monday 26th April

Monday 26th April
The Morning Show with Declan Meehan

The opening of the new Wicklow town port access relief road was just one of the topics covered on today’s Morning Show with Declan Meehan. We heard details on this from Councillor Conal Kavangh and Morning Show reporter spoke to us from the new road before she became the first person to drive on it.

On this morning’s show we discussed the UK Elections, we heard about the high cost of funerals from Irish Times pricewatch journalist Conor Pope and we got gardening tips and advice from Paul Sexton of Paul Sexton’s Garden Centres in Glen of The Downs and Corneslcourt.

The Morning Show also featured an interview with about Michael Fingleton and pensions with Banksters author and journalist Martina Devlin, Declan heard background details of a recent gangland killing from News of the World Crime Correspondent Paul Williams and we returned to Councillor Simon Harris to further discuss the issue of change in Dublin Bus and how that may impact Wicklow.
