The Morning Show, Friday 26th March

Friday 26th March
The Morning Show with Declan Meehan

The rumoured push against the Taoiseach was just one of the topics that dominated today’s Morning Show with Declan Meehan. We heard comment on this from Independent Deputy Joe Behan, local FF councillors Pat Casey and Pat Fitzgerald and political correspondent Padraig Gallgher.

On today’s Morning Show we returned to our discussion on the on-going passport office problems with reporter Sinead Hussey from Molesworth Street, we hear further reaction to the US Healthcare Bill from the gabby cabby and money watchdog John Diskin talked to us about safe investment options.

Students and teachers from Loretto College, Bray joined us in studio to speak and sing in Chinese, they also explained how their school is the first school in Ireland to have a formal Chinese Teaching programme.

The Morning Show also featured an in studio interview with the organiser of 32 marathons 32 days challenge, Wicklow man Alan Earls, we also heard from Gerry Duffy, one of the twenty two runners taking part in the full challenge and East Coast FM’s Anne Kennedy also joined in to tell us about how she is taking part in this extraordinary challenge in aid of Autism Action Ireland.
